Who Can Join?
Currently, it is not possible to join the Hypno-Psychotherapy Section of UKCP as an individual. All registrants must
first train and be approved by an Accredited Member Organisation. (List of current members are at the right of this page).
If you represent an organisation, you can of course contact Section (through the Secretary) and he can advise you as
to the course of action that you would need to take in the first instance.
Organisations have to satisfy both UKCP and Section that the relevant joining criteria is met.
Benefits of Joining
Recognition from an established professional organisation - the UKCP is the largest umbrella body for psychotherapy
in the UK with 80 Member Organisations and over 7000 Registrants, when you join as a Member Organisation through this
Section you would join this professional fellowship. An annual certificate of registration,
a bi-annual newsletter The Psychotherapist, advance notice of UKCP events and priority booking for the annual Professional

How Can You Join?
To join you will need to complete a formal application which goes to the UKCP Membership Committee in the first instance.
